Are there any variations to Nordic Walking? - nordic walking step by step
Are there any tips to help you the most exciting Nordic Walking? I'm deprived of in the city and the magnificent view of the field area to my Nordic walking. I have fun with an FM radio, but I wonder what others are doing to their Nordic walking 10 km more exciting than a solitary sport (if you can not find a partner to go and talk)

In order to have a friend is walking with a nice - not just to chat, but you can continue.
Why not run the Nordic countries a little, and then back to the Nordic Walking? You can improve the training and to feel less bored.
