What cardio is the best to reduce fat? High interval intensity training or slow-moderate jogging/walking? - whats better jogging or interval training
OK, so I've heard today, the people HIIT training for fat reduction fast. But I want to know what's best for losing fat faster - that minute HIIT training for 8 minutes (maximum intensity for 1st Moderate intensity min for 1, set it for 8 minutes)
Or is the old style of "30 minutes or 30 minutes jogging" better?
